I began practicum with this exercise to have the students take ownership over what they think a classroom should look, sound, and feel like.

This activity had students contributing to each section so they were able understand why each portion is important within our classroom environment. This also contributed to the students understanding of what I wanted to see in our class while I was teaching.

I was also able to refer back to this chart when students were not meeting my expectations during my time with the students. This activity embodied effective planning by creating something that students could refer back to as tell as establish class expectations that all students could follow to create a respectful environment.
